How can i not gain weight when i start birth control?
I’m 16, 5′4″ and weigh 135 pounds, i want to lose 10-15 pounds, i only eat 1200-1400 calories a day and exercise everyday (running and dance) I don’t want to gain weight when i start birth control, im taking it for acne. How do i not gain weight? Can i still lose weight with birth control?
